Kristi Cirtwill, President
Cirtwill Investments, Inc was established in December 2007. Kristi has been working in the real estate investing business since February 1999, when she purchased her first investment property. It was a single family home with a basement apartment that needed major rehabbing. Within 4 days of owning the property, she had the basement gutted. Then she called her dad and said, "Help! How do I put this back together?!" And that began the start of her rehabbing business. Since then she purchased several other homes, fixed them up and and has been renting quality homes to tenants ever since.
In 2006 Kristi began the transition to work her investing business in the United States. She chose California for the opportunity she now sees in the real estate market, and will continue to see over the next several years. Her business model currently includes wholesaling and fixing to sell, and will transition to fixing to hold by 2010/2011. Kristi works with other investors and pays 10-12% interest secured on real estate.
Kristi currently lives and works in Long Beach, CA. She enjoys outdoor activities and playing her acoustic guitar in her free time. She hopes to visit Canada more often to see her family, especially her new nephew Blake, who was born on her birthday last year.
